They are the "Top Royalty" of the elemental twins, and are the most powerful. They are also the most wealthy.

Shikyo (Death): (The one in Black) He is stoic and unemotional. He isnt completely cold hearted, but he sees life very realisticly and doesnt let his emotions cloud his judgement easily. He carries out his duties without sadness, but is still compassionate and kind to the souls he gathers. He works closely with his brother, and the both of them keep the world in perfect balance.

Seimei (Pure Life): (The one in White) He is just as unemotional as his brother, but is still just as warm. Both brothers are thought to be either "evil" or "good" but both of them are balanced, and dont let their emotions get in the way of their jobs. They both carry out their duties with straight faces, but it is clear that both of them are kind.
